I contacted the Mac-Shack after the Apple store and Stormfront (also Apple) declined to repair my 27″ iMac because it was “too old” to warrant repair (2010) and was no longer supported (deliberate obsolescence). The computer had been burned out following a lightning strike on the house. The CPU and the logic board were sourced by Mac Shack and replaced. Now back up and running – good job
